Dimitar Giulev

Builder, thinker, and occasional contrarian. I've spent over two decades working at the intersection of technology and business — helping companies grow, teams think clearly, and ideas cut through the noise.

I started this blog because I was experimenting with Claude Code. Loved the experience and decided to keep it alive.

I've been building companies and made plenty of expensive mistakes along the way. What I've learned is that most problems - in business, in society and in our own heads - come down to bad mental models and too much noise drowning out the signal.

Here I write mostly myself(human) about technology, management and marketing, trying unsuccessfully to dose down how systems are quietly shaping how we think and live. I go slow. I write stuff I enjoy. No agenda. No selling.

If that sounds useful to you, stick around.
